Read this before you apply. Welcome offers change constantly and many are targeted, so the offer you see may differ from the one below. Amex figures that say "up to" are ceilings, not public offers. And the application rules at the bottom of this page decide whether you can earn a bonus at all, which matters more than the headline number.

Certificates cover round-trip Delta Comfort within the U.S. 48, Puerto Rico and USVI, no blackout dates, 21+ day advance purchase, taxes/fees up to ~$80 per person. Only worth it if two domestic trips are realistic before they expire; otherwise the 200k business offer is stronger.

Only the first tier is realistic for most people — treat it as a 75,000-point offer unless $20,000 of spend is already going somewhere. Card refreshed September 2026; the annual fee doubled to $195 at the same time. Chase 5/24 applies.

Chase generally declines its cards if you have opened five or more personal credit cards from any issuer in the past 24 months. Most business cards, Chase’s included, are not reported to personal credit, so they neither count toward the limit nor add to it. There is also a Sapphire rule: one Sapphire welcome bonus per roughly 48 months, and you cannot hold two personal Sapphire cards at once.
No. Amex pays a welcome bonus on a given card once per lifetime, and some cards are grouped as a family for that purpose. The application usually shows a pop-up warning before you submit if you are not eligible, which is worth reading rather than clicking past.
Because those are targeted ceilings, not public offers. The number you personally see depends on your history with Amex and the channel you apply through, and it is frequently lower than the headline. Check your own offer by logging in before you plan around the top figure.
Many Citi cards, including the ThankYou and AAdvantage families, only pay the welcome bonus if you have not received or closed that card’s bonus in the previous 48 months. Closing the card does not reset the clock, it starts it.
It is the bonus multiplied by the default cents-per-point valuation for that currency, which comes from The Points Guy’s published valuations rather than being calculated here. It is not a promise, and it ignores the annual fee and the spend required to earn it. Treat it as a rough scale, and see the methodology page for where the numbers come from.
No. There are no affiliate links, referral commissions or sponsored placements anywhere on this site, and no application links for one to hide behind. The list includes cards that pay nobody anything.
Estimated values use this site's cents-per-point figures. Here's how those are set. Nobody pays to appear on this page — full disclosure.
